Five months ago I decided to take a Pilates class, with major hesitation. I am not a big fan of yoga and was not sure that Pilates would be beneficial, challenging, or fun. To my surprise, I absolutely loved the class and that was due to Fiona. Fiona is amazing! Under her watchful eye, clear instructions using relatable analogies, visualization techniques, and hands on guidance, I am much more mindful of how I move my body. I find that I have more energy, less pain in my shoulders from swimming, and it is giving me long lean muscles. Fiona’s classes are challenging and fun!”
